I partner with intergenerational
families, blended families, and sibling teams to create family
teams promoting familial, parental, strategic, and contractual
goals for the advancement of the team and family. Team
development, communication, relationship building, and synergy
are essential ingredients of each engagement. Often families
are in business together and coaching helps them be more
successful at both family relations and family business
accomplishments. We often conduct our work together with
individual or ongoing family team coaching, either face-to-face
in the family home or virtually. The coaching can be done in
person during a half-day or full day intensive.
